- All stations to be visited are programmed into the computer as the "Patrol Schedule.
- Patrol data is downloaded into the computer via the Computer Transfer Station.
- Each batch of downloaded data is saved into a new file, or merged with an existing file into the computer.
- Computer checks the downloaded data against the "Patrol Schedule" and prints a Patrol Report containing all station names, date and time visited, as well as identifies all missed stations associated with that specific patrol.
- Computer can print patrol report to printer, on screen, or save report to a file.
